The monthly report is built by hand
Collecting ranks, taking screenshots and moving tables into a deck takes hours for every client, and the same work starts from scratch each month.
For agencies, Uptika is one dashboard to follow up to 20 client apps in unlimited storefronts, route each app's alerts to its own channel and deliver the ASO report as a PDF under the agency's own logo, colour and name.

The answer needs dates: when the rival changed its title, when our version shipped, when the rank slipped. Without a record, the answer becomes a guess.
Across dozens of apps and countries, catching a drop on one client's main keyword or a wave of bad reviews the same day is hard when the team is not looking at the same screen.
An A4 PDF report for every client app; on Portfolio it carries your logo, colour and name. A public score page and a badge are ready too.
MorePick the app and channel for each alert type, so one client's events go to that client's own Slack, Discord, Telegram or webhook channel.
MoreRecords eleven fields of each rival listing every day with dates and a word-by-word diff, so you answer "what changed and what happened next" from the record.
MoreReads each client's keywords every day from the store's own results in the countries you choose; a day that cannot be read stays empty instead of being estimated.
MoreAn open, weighted 0–100 score for each storefront with findings written from your numbers, so you can show a client why you recommend what you recommend.
MorePull keyword, rank, rival and alert data into your own reports as JSON behind a Bearer key; with the MCP server, ask Claude about a client's numbers.
MoreDrop each client app's link and pick its storefronts. Enter your logo, colour and name for the report once in settings, and invite teammates with their roles.
Add a Slack, Discord, Telegram or webhook channel per client; rank drops, a rival passing them and 1-star review waves go to the right place.
With a week of rank moves, rival log entries and ASO findings, download each client's PDF report and send it under your own brand.
Portfolio is $249 a month: 20 apps, unlimited storefronts, 3,000 keywords, 30 rivals per app, 10 team seats, 300 AI insights a day, priority support and reports in your own brand. Paid yearly, $2,490. Starting with a few clients, Growth is $79 a month with 5 apps and 3 seats.
Yes, on Portfolio. The PDF report shows your logo, colour and name in place of Uptika's. On other plans the report carries the Uptika brand.
Ranks, rivals, charts and reviews come from public store data; no access is needed. The live keyword field and listing languages need App Store Connect or Play Console, and ad data needs the client's Apple Ads API key.
Yes. Roles are Owner, Admin, Member and Viewer. Invite links are valid for 7 days; give an email and only that address can accept. The Viewer role cannot change ads.
On paid plans, the one-time "extra app slot" adds one more app for 30 days. For a lasting need, write to destek@uptika.app.
